3. How to use coated copper soldering iron
Before use, it is necessary to dry the soldering iron at a temperature of 200-300°C for 30-60 minutes.
Use an AC welding machine with non-ferrous metal welding function to achieve the best results.
Clean the welding surface, polish, remove stains and grease.
Dot or spot welding, do not weld for too long, do not weld long continuous lines (recommended to only weld welds from 1-3cm) wait for the weld to cool down then continue welding.
Keep the arc short and angle the welding rod at a 45 degree angle.
