1. Structure and operating principle of the Tsurumi submersible pump
Anti-leakage cable: Protects the power cable from water seepage causing damage due to capillary action inside the pump. At the same time, it prevents humid air from entering the motor and limits condensation due to the temperature difference between the inside of the pump and the outside.
Motor protector:
- MTP (Below 0.48kW) detects excessive temperature, protecting the pump from overheating when running dry.
- CTP (From 0.55kW and above) directly cuts off the motor circuit when overheating or overcurrent occurs inside the motor.
Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide surface: Located in the ball chamber, where the lubrication environment is clean, non-corrosive and non-abrasive. This type of seal reduces the risk of damage due to dry heat and adhesion.
