Payment System Information Security

The payment card system is provided by payment gateway partners that have been legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Accordingly, the payment card security standards at TATmart.com ensure compliance with industry security standards.

The policy for transactions with international and domestic cards ensures compliance with the security standards of payment gateway partners, including:

• Customer financial information will be protected throughout the transaction process using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
• Certification of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) provided by Trustwave.
• One-time password (OTP) sent via SMS to ensure that account access is authenticated.
• MD5 128-bit encryption standard.
• Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

TATmart.com's transaction payment security policy applies to Customers:

• TATmart.com provides the utility of storing tokens - only storing strings that have been encrypted by the payment gateway partner provided to TATmart.com. TATmart.com does not store Customer card information. The security of Customer payment card information is handled by the licensed payment gateway partner.
• For international cards: Customer payment information that can be used to establish a transaction is not stored on the TATmart.com system, the payment gateway partner will store and be secure.
• For domestic cards (internet banking), TATmart.com only stores the order code, transaction code, and bank name.

Information Security for Members and Customers

Merchants, organizations, and individuals with legal commercial business activities ("") recognized and approved by T.A.T are allowed to use the services provided by the TATmart.com e-commerce website are solely responsible for the security and preservation of all activities using the e-commerce services under their login name and password. Members are responsible for promptly notifying the TATmart.com e-commerce website of any unauthorized use, abuse, violation of security, preservation of login name and password by third parties to take appropriate measures.

Members shall not use the services on the TATmart.com e-commerce website for illegal, unreasonable, fraudulent, threatening, or probing purposes of the TATmart.com website or use the e-commerce services for speculative purposes, market disruption, creating false orders, false offers, including for the purpose of forecasting market demand. In case of violation, Members shall be responsible for their actions before the law.

Customers are solely responsible for the security and preservation of all activities using the services under their login name, password, and email. Customers are responsible for promptly notifying the TATmart.com e-commerce website of any unauthorized use, abuse, violation of security, preservation of their login name and password so that both parties can cooperate in handling.
