GENERAL PRINCIPLES

• 1 The general principles stated in these Regulations shall apply to all subjects accessing, creating accounts, establishing transactions, and using services on the TATmart.com e-commerce website.

• 2 The TATmart.com e-commerce trading platform is registered to operate as an e-commerce trading platform and online promotional website ("TATmart.com e-commerce website", or "TATmart.com") owned and operated by TAT Machinery Joint Stock Company ("Company" or "T.A.T"). Members on TATmart.com are merchants, organizations, and individuals with legal commercial activities ("Members") recognized and approved by T.A.T to use the services provided by the TATmart.com e-commerce website ("E-commerce Services").

• 3 Information of Members on TATmart.com must be transparent, complete, and accurate. Information about Products posted on TATmart.com must be complete, truthful, fully comply with relevant laws, and not fall into the prohibited cases as regulated by TATmart.com and current law.

• 4 No statement, commitment, or guarantee in these Regulations, as well as other public documents and policies of T.A.T, allows Members to have the status of representing T.A.T.

• 5 Sellers and Customers conducting transactions on the TATmart.com e-commerce website do so on the basis of respecting the principle of voluntariness, respecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved in the transaction, and not violating the provisions of current law.

• 6 All transactions and commercial activities through the TATmart.com e-commerce website must be conducted publicly, transparently, and ensure the rights of consumers.

• 7 Products posted on the TATmart.com e-commerce website are required to fully comply with relevant laws and not fall into the prohibited cases of business as prescribed by law.

• 8 When registering, creating a store, and registering to sell products on the TATmart.com e-commerce website, Sellers must independently research their legal responsibilities under the current laws of Vietnam, the Regulations, and other policies and regulations of the TATmart.com e-commerce website and commit to comply with the relevant regulations.
