The Seller is responsible for handling product warranties for Customers as committed in the product warranty certificate.
Customers must keep the warranty certificate and have the right to claim warranty directly at the point of purchase or request on-site maintenance for fixed-use products.
Customers have the right to complain or sue the Seller if the Seller refuses to warranty or maintain the product when the product meets the warranty and maintenance conditions.
TATmart.com encourages Customers to check the warranty and maintenance policies of the intended product. TATmart.com is not responsible for the warranty and maintenance of Seller products on TATmart.com. In case Customers need support or complaints, TATmart.com's Customer Care Department will receive information and coordinate with the Seller. TATmart.com will strive to support Customers to the best of its ability so that the product can be warranted and maintained according to the manufacturer's regulations.
Warranty and Maintenance Conditions:
Still within the warranty period (based on the warranty label/certificate or electronic warranty activation time).
Warranty label/certificate is still intact.
The product has a technical fault;
Other conditions as specified for each product (if any).
